It started with an on-time arrival at our home to assess the job and Mike explained exactly what would be done, how they'd do it, when they'd start and when they'd finish. We agreed on grades of lumber, construction techniques adn how the material would be finished. My decision was confirmed when their head carpenter rejected some of the lumber whcih was delivered.
