."..accepting their bid was a GREAT DECISION. It started with an on-time arrival at our home to assess the job and Mike explained exactly what would be done, how they'd do it, when they'd start and when they'd finish. We agreed on grades of lumber, construction techniques adn how the material would be finished. My decision was confirmed when their head carpenter rejected some of the lumber whcih was delivered. He told the yard it was unfortunate that they were 40 miles away, but they needed to deliver poduct that met Bergstrom's standards in addtion to the correct grade stamp.
Then, you get a phone call from the Project Manager most every evening to review what was done today and the plans for tomorrow...No one in my experience does that- what a reassuring touch.
The patio cover was completed 'as advertised', on time and professionally executed in every respect. "

"Just had my patio enclosed which constisted of a room 27 X 15 feet and I cannot say enough how happy we are with the work they did! Bergstrom Construction owner, Mike, was a very nice and pleasant individual to work with along with his office. Right from the very beginning Mike was most courteous with his presentation & assurances that his work would be done right and we would be happy with end results.
Each day we were informed of the activity to be done the following day, which also included when the town of Apple Valley inspector would come by and note the progress being done to enssure the town regulations/requirements were being complied with. I would also like to add that during construction if any issues were noted they would quickly respond and take care of it...
The owner, Mike, would occasionally show up to check the progress/work that was done and at that point I would mentionc ertain issues and he would ensure those issues were addressed.
Lastly, I had three different bids, and Mike gave me not only the best bid, but I believe he was also able to give us the best end result in the construction for my patio
enclsoure. In conclusion, I highly recommend Bergstrom Constructuction for any needs you may have, and do not pass them by without at least giving them a call
and or getting a bid. Thanks for a job well done!"

The Project Manager was prompt on schedules and I really liked her personality. No question was left unanswered. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We were really glad we picked you guys. We had many choices, but when we talked to Mike, he was very polite and we understood everything he was going to do and made me happy. Not everyone could do this! Thank you very much.

I contacted Bergstrom Construction regarding an addition to my home. I was not certain what I needed, nor how to accomplish any of it. Fortunately, Mike was able to take my "drawings to the dirt" and fashion a cohesive plan to accomplish what I wanted. There were details I never considered, but his competence and knowledge helped him come up with a wonderful plan...Mike's crew is amazing...
